Hi Mama. Welcome.
You may already know this, but I hope you'll let me remind you that your body is incredible. At times it may not feel so. At times, the changes you are experiencing in your body could be scary and you might doubt your beauty or your ability to bring your new baby into this world. As your Doula, my job is to support you, encourage you, and remind you of just how beautifully and wonderfully you are made for birth and for motherhood. It brings me so much joy to witness mamas like you as they discover this beauty and power within themselves. It would be an honor to accompany you as you embark (or continue) on this sacred journey.
